Amanda Ansell has been selected for ‘Waterline’ at the Waterfront Gallery, Ipswich. Following a national call for entries, a selection was made by a panel of artists and guest curator Jane Grisewood. The group exhibition of eight artists will include three foam floating islands by Amanda Ansell titled, Prevail, Falcon and Waterwitch. The chosen works all depict or incorporate some aspect of water.
The exhibition is also part of the Ipswich Maritime Festival (20th – 21st August) at the Ipswich waterfront, quayside and docks.
Waterline opens on the 1st of August and ends on the 4th of September 2011.
