The delayed Cley 20/21 exhibition opens on 1st July 2021. Amanda Ansell will be showing her painting ‘Watch the Shadows Grow’ in St Margaret’s Church, Cley-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. This year’s exhibition curator is Amanda Geitner whose theme of ‘Nowhere’ is more relevant than ever as we continue to live in uncertain times. Cley 20/21 embraces work that signals our psychological spaces, exhibited here temporarily, but ultimately belonging everywhere and nowhere – work that brings our attention firmly back to the now here.
Cley 20/21 is an annual contemporary art exhibition that takes place in Cley-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, and is organised by the North Norfolk Exhibition Project and Cley Contemporary Arts. Additional selected artworks will be on display in the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre and on the beach at Cley-next-the-Sea.
